Cattery - Registration

If you want to breed with your cat, you will have to register a cattery first. Only full members of Felis belgica can register a cattery. The name will be registered in a central database of FIFe and will be signed over to you for a lifetime. A catteryname can not be transferred to another person. Think well about the name you choose.

You always have to put up 3 names. Place your preferred name first on the list. The name can not have more than 15 characters, including spaces and punctuations. You can choose to have the catteryname before the name of the cat (prefix) or to have him behind the name of the cat (suffix).

After sending the request, you will recieve a confirmation letter and as soon as payment has been received, your request is processed. After approval of the catteryname by FIFe, you will recieve a cattery registration card.

As a member of a FIFe-club, you must first register your kittens at that FIFe-club, before having them registered with other organizations.
